The boss is great, the company culture is great, and there is plenty of meatball soup.
Regarding employee R from a certain R&D unit, as far as the entire company is concerned, people are either useful or useless to him.
For people he considers useful, he tries to identify their preferences, dislikes, and personal information (through eavesdropping and other means).
He approaches them by pretending to befriend them, obtaining what he needs from them.
Once he has finished using them, he does everything he can to defame, sow discord, and get rid of them.
He starts with people in lower positions, and eventually moves on to supervisors and other managers.
Once he has finished exploiting and eliminating everyone in the company, draining them of everything he can.
He enters his next company with a clean reputation, along with the benefits and salary obtained from others.

As far as he is concerned, everyone in the company is either useful or has no value to exploit.
He manipulates the entire company through eavesdropping and sowing discord.
