千万不要来百容做操作员或事务员

招聘时打着招聘领班或事务员的旗号，真的是会害死人。先骗你学会操作机器、熟悉产品，但就是不会升你，因为根本没有这个职位，只是招不到操作员，把你当操作员用！！

事务员要扛二三十公斤的材料，弄得像仓管一样，包山包海，什么都做不完。然后说说操作员，明明上班很认真，却要给你绑定一个效率奖金（根本达不到，奖金也不到1000；效率不到还要扣钱）。年终奖？呵呵……效率不到100%根本领不到年终奖。

一个人要做很多事、顾很多台机器，忙得要死，但是效率根本达不到。
