A normally listed company; the company is stable.
The mold assembly team leader surnamed Chang—I don't know whether he suffered some psychological setback as a child or has shit for brains.
All I can say is that 90% of employees who are unhappy and want to resign do so because of their direct supervisors.
Here are some disgusting quotes:
1. If you are absent without leave for one day, three days' wages will be deducted.
2. Students in industry-academia cooperation programs only receive 22,000 a day; you earn 25,000 a month, so the company is losing money.
3. What's wrong with you now? I weigh over 100 kilograms.
4. I'm talking—where are you looking?
5. I don't know whether yelling at you like this scares you or what, but that's why you never learn. (He said this while laughing like an idiot.)
6. Stephen Chow put in more effort than other people, and in the end he only achieved that little bit.
7. Does it hurt? I'll see whether you still can't chamfer properly, and then I'll take you to Cheng-Ching Hospital. (While saying this, he used a piece of steel to cut my hand.)
8. I'm my father's only son. If he casually gave me a house, I could live off it forever. I only came to work because I want to succeed through my own efforts.
9. I attended the night division of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Chung Chou University of Science and Technology. When I was in college, I dated a girl from National Chung Hsing University, and she even urinated for me to watch.
10. Originally, I thought that after you came, I could apply to transfer to another unit to learn other things. I never expected you to ruin my plan.
11. He kept saying “huh, huh, huh” in a very bad attitude, then added: “Don't keep your eyes open and say nonsense. Politicians are all like this; they all like to keep their eyes open and say nonsense.”
12. A Fu Jen Catholic University graduate I hired before was very arrogant. (He was obviously just being an asshole, got yelled back at, and, as expected, was a bully who was a coward.)
13. There is much more, but I'll mention it if I think of it.
He would also privately mock me for not daring to talk back when I was being scolded. Damn, I encountered someone who loved showing off but was actually very insecure right when I entered the workforce. At least I developed workplace resistance right away, because I probably won't encounter another mentally ill, perennial junior team leader like him.
Oh, right—he also really liked sending me to sandblast mold bases, even though the sandblasting used glass powder and could easily cause silicosis. Damn it, I was supposed to work as a mold fitter, but I also had to sandblast, get mocked, and be treated as a punching bag.
That's all I can write for now. The company itself wasn't bad, but I encountered a mentally ill, perennial team leader. All I can say is that it truly was the lowest point of my life; being kicked while I was down left me speechless.
"What's even more disgusting" is that the listing on 104 still said “Urgently hiring mold assembly workers.” Then I applied for a mold assistant engineer position at Tontai Electronics in Dajia. The supervisor who interviewed me knew him as well. He didn't say so explicitly, but I knew clearly because he used his signature behavior—repeatedly saying “huh, huh, huh” in a very bad attitude—and then, still with a bad attitude, asked whether I dared let him call my former supervisor. Damn, I agreed and said I had nothing to hide. In the end, he didn't have the guts to make the call in front of me either. He should also have thought about how a job requiring mold experience, mold drawing and design, and writing CNC programs for machining only paid 28,000, while still subjecting workers to this kind of abuse.
Conclusion: Don't go there until that person dies.
