Although Vice President Cao XX has been sidelined and left unused for many years, as long as he is still involved in interviews at Deyuan, talented candidates will be turned away; even if they are hired, they will not last long.
Strangely, the department I worked in at the time had no sales performance. We had to find products and customers ourselves to generate revenue, identifying items from what the company could produce that we thought could be sold, and then developing customers in the market. Simply put, we had to create something out of nothing. They said that all of the company’s resources could be utilized, but I just thought that I might as well start my own business or become a distributor for the company.
The specialized department supervisors are pretty good; both the section-level and division-level ones are.
Chen Yangx really likes forming little cliques.

The supervisor in the hot-melt adhesive department is not very capable, likes to berate people for no reason. What a pity.
Leave work on time.
That Ms. Chen from Specialized R&D should stop thinking she's pretty and speaking to people with such a bad attitude. She complains about her supervisor all day and creates division.

The R&D department has a narrow-minded atmosphere.
Colleagues like to gossip constantly,
talking only about trivial matters.
They like forming cliques.
.
The work done in R&D has very little value.
It consists mostly of highly repetitive work that is easily replaceable.
.
The manager of the hot-melt adhesive R&D department does not treat everyone equally.
Using the excuse of helping newcomers improve, they make things difficult for new employees.
If you are asked a question and do not know the answer, you will be required to attend a meeting.
.
There are almost no employees other than senior staff.
They are also unfriendly toward newcomers.
The hierarchy is very obvious.
The salary and benefits are poor.
.
If you want to waste your life, or enjoy being tested by unpleasant experiences,
then you can come and try the hot-melt adhesive R&D department.
Most colleagues are easygoing and get along well, and the office facilities are reasonably adequate.
The fortunes of the various departments differ greatly, and their year-end bonus percentages also vary. Departments making money by riding a favorable trend receive high year-end bonuses without having to work hard, while departments losing money remain unprofitable despite working themselves to the bone and receive low year-end bonuses.
Be especially careful not to join a certain filter-materials department. Its manager has been sidelined and placed there, and the people under them are recruiting all the time because the attrition and casualty rate is nearly 100%. The department also offers no prospects for development. Your career and time are valuable—do not stay.
The interview was not very difficult. The manager called the supervisor at my previous company to ask about my work performance and attitude. HR explained the job fairly clearly, but the department manager tended to gloss over the less favorable points. The company has a gym, but there is not much to do there; people usually play table tennis. On my first day, the company provided a Chishang boxed lunch for free; afterward, lunches could be ordered at a discount. The company also paid for the health examination required upon joining. Motorcycle parking is available, and car parking is free. The year-end bonus is about one month’s salary. After lunch break, employees have to do five minutes of exercises. The company provides free coffee and tea bags. There is also a Buddhist shrine, whose principal deity is Confucius, the First Teacher of All Ages.
The departments do not have very strong cohesion. The Marketing Department tends to shift responsibility back to others. In the company, senior employees often pass tasks down to junior employees—for example, the HR Department assigns some tasks to less experienced staff. The R&D Department members mostly do their own work, but one or two particularly helpful, more senior employees will lend a hand, which is worth encouraging. The receptionist seems very nice, but only does her own work and leaves immediately when her shift ends. One person in General Affairs is very good at pushing tasks onto others and often likes to impose rules based on his or her own opinions. The Labor Safety Department has only one person, so that person has to handle everything alone when problems arise. There is one very nice person in IT, while another tends to pass tasks on. The people in Purchasing are nice, especially the manager, who is fair in rewarding and disciplining employees. The Finance Department is very quiet. The manager is strict, but there are no problems as long as you do what he expects. Overall, because there are many senior employees in the company, everyone is only willing to take responsibility for their own work. A small number of people are unwilling to take on new tasks and pass work to others. However, the assistant on the third floor is very nice, while the assistant on the second floor can sometimes be rather particular. Also, one of the cleaning ladies is very fond of nagging and is quite annoying.
