High turnover
Very high work pressure
As long as you know how to flatter and are strongly servile, you can get high pay / little work / a very senior position.
The nearly bald one often touches female employees casually, with an emperor-like attitude.
The vice president’s emotions fluctuate greatly; he often has outsiders lead professionals, with an empress-like attitude.
When management wants the moon, don’t ask WHY—just do it.
They demand dignified service; do your utmost to complete it.
Severe internal friction, loss of professional talent, too many people giving orders, no performance, and walking the edge of the law.
Turnover rate: 120%

The floor below is very quiet and peaceful, but unfortunately, surveillance devices monitoring employees are installed everywhere.
The supervisor downstairs makes one question even their basic professional competence, is hypocritical and likes to pretend to be friendly while expecting employees to curry favor and cozy up to them.
The office atmosphere is often strange.

Management led by outsiders, a 70% annual turnover rate, colleagues and supervisors constantly changing, supervisors changing only the packaging but not the substance, work assignments made without organization, an extremely heavy workload, exploiting labor, democracy on the surface but authoritarian suppression of dissent in practice, operating on the edge of legality
The office building environment is fairly decent.
There are absolutely no benefits, and the interview questionnaire is full of servile options (Can you work overtime: Extremely willing / Unable to accommodate / Subject to approval depending on the circumstances).
The work is chaotic, so you can learn a little bit about everything.
Disrespects professionalism and manages the company as if it were their own empire.
Obedience is valued more than expertise; instructions are often changed abruptly (sometimes multiple times a day).
Supervisors often assign work in an unorganized manner, frequently resulting in rework.
On the surface, the company is democratic and respects employees, encouraging them to provide feedback.
When your opinions differ from those of upper management, they simply suppress you in an authoritarian manner.
They often operate on the fringes of legality, with an annual employee turnover rate approaching 80%.

It seems that everyone in the Sales Department has left, with only two people holding down the fort. The direct supervisor is the Vice President.
Because the company took on the national COVID-19 testing team project, the supervisor is less able to fully attend to new employees. New employees must also figure out the handover matters left by the previous employee who resigned. This process doesn’t seem quite right, does it?!??
The job requires using an ERP system to place orders. To be honest, the order volume isn’t high, but there seem to be quite a lot of miscellaneous tasks, because the direct supervisor is very good at assigning work. In addition, meetings feel like self-reflection assemblies, with this supervisor having an especially large number of opinions on what everyone says.
You’ll want to quit after the very first day.
Definitely don’t go to the Sales Department—the turnover is the highest, and even all the experienced employees have been driven away ^^ The manager is the main reason.

The company has major internal management problems. The total headcount is around 70, and during the one month I worked there, 30 people left. The headcount stays around 60–70, with people constantly coming and going. Think carefully before joining. In my experience, everyone shifts responsibility to others; the only newcomers who can endure are those who are not afraid to take responsibility. That’s because the managers won’t help you.
