Management led by outsiders, a 70% annual turnover rate, colleagues and supervisors constantly changing, supervisors changing only the packaging but not the substance, work assignments made without organization, an extremely heavy workload, exploiting labor, democracy on the surface but authoritarian suppression of dissent in practice, operating on the edge of legality
