Read the community guidelinesThe managers in the Taipei Sales Department are all old and slack off a lot; they all start drifting off in the afternoon.
There is a very large age gap within the company.
The managers are all over 50,
and then the next group down is in their 20s.
There are almost no employees in their 30s or 40s.
The turnover rate among entry-level employees is extremely high.
Salaries are not adjusted, and there is also severe infighting among the managers at the top.
The company has suffered losses year after year. If it were not for the support of the Tailung Group—and the late chairman's statement that Taili (formerly Ishibashi Motorcycles) is the cornerstone of Tailung—
a normal company would have shut down this loss-making company long ago.

The atmosphere is strange, and all the colleagues are very “senior”; they don’t seem very friendly. (Except for the translation lady.)
You need to be highly stress-resistant; otherwise, don’t waste your time.
I agree with what the other person said.
Lots of leave (at half pay), and the work pressure is not high (because there is no efficiency).
Severe interpersonal conflicts, no opportunities for salary increases, and what appears to be a system is actually completely nonexistent. The designers' professional abilities are poor, outsiders lead insiders in doing the work, and everything is slow and inefficient.
