Pros
Lots of leave (at half pay), and the work pressure is not high (because there is no efficiency).
Cons
Severe interpersonal conflicts, no opportunities for salary increases, and what appears to be a system is actually completely nonexistent. The designers' professional abilities are poor, outsiders lead insiders in doing the work, and everything is slow and inefficient.
