At the beginning of the process at Meili, HR had me take an aptitude test, an Excel chart-making test, and a pivot table data integration test. After that, two interviewers conducted the interview. Following a brief, basic self-introduction, they described what the job would generally involve. The atmosphere during the interview was quite good.

The EXCEL test content may have been a little too difficult for me. I feel it could be used as employee training material. Once you know the formulas, the subsequent operations should be more or less the same.
