Pros
Stable, family-owned company, with all company facilities built on land the company purchased
Cons
There are too many projects outside of one's regular duties
QCC, department activities, book clubs, exercise tracking (the company gives employees Xiaomi fitness bands, and reaching 10,000 steps a day is considered meeting the target)…….Employees are required to participate in these and other internal projects, and participation is tied to performance evaluations.
It's fine if you like that kind of thing.
