Pros

Good, good, good, good.

Everything is good.

Except that you need to be careful around people who bully the weak, fear the strong, and are lazy..

Cons

There is a long-serving rank-and-file employee in there (general affairs or HR?) with an extremely bad attitude who bullies the weak and fears the strong. Everyone should be careful when joining. They will eat into your rights and benefits. When necessary, bring up legal action to avoid having your rights and benefits harmed.

Then every colleague will tell you that this person spreads other people's private information everywhere.

So don't let them know your private information.

Even less polite than MIS.

Pros

Provides 13.5 months of salary

Cons

The interview was for an R&D position.

Before the interview, I had to take a test covering a bunch of topics. The interviewer only gave a brief explanation. The test was 90 minutes, and then that was it. They never clearly explained what would be tested or how the test would be conducted.

During the interview, I introduced a project I had worked on, mainly explaining my ideas and the reasoning behind them. The interviewer impatiently said that these things had nothing to do with our product. I would like to ask the interviewer: Aren’t you supposed to gain an in-depth understanding of a candidate’s ideas and thought process? Moreover, the interviewer seemed unable to understand much of what I was explaining, which made me feel that the interviewer’s own abilities were not particularly strong either.

The interview process was humiliating and made me feel like flipping the table and walking out on the spot. I don’t know whether the company is good or not; I can only say that the interviewer I encountered was extremely poor. A company like this clearly does not have adequate standards for its interviewers. I imagine other aspects of the company are probably the same. Joining it would only be a waste of life.

Pros

A company that showed absolutely no respect for job seekers. I initially interviewed for a quality assurance position and spent nearly two hours completing the QA test and translation. The female manager who came in was not from HR; she immediately said that the QA position had already been filled by someone with experience and that there was no opening left—only a sales position. She asked whether I wanted to take it; otherwise, the interview was over. I have never encountered anyone so overbearing, while the Japanese manager sitting beside her remained silent. The atmosphere was extremely awkward at the time, and I reluctantly agreed to say I could give it a try. She even said, “Why bother if you’re so reluctant?” After I got home, I was so angry that I called 104 to file a complaint. Whether they were trying to lure someone into interviewing because they couldn’t find anyone for the sales position, or their internal communication was so poor that HR didn’t know the QA position had been filled, please, truly, do not treat job seekers this way.
