Pros

Full-time order picker. All the basic benefits are provided, but there aren't many. The year-end bonus is only half a month's salary.

Cons

Full-time order picker. Performance-based pay: finish picking all the orders before clocking out, using the base salary plus performance incentives to build up your pay. You may work until very late, but the pay is not proportional to the time worked. There is no air conditioning, so it gets very hot in summer and you need to drink more water.

Pros

The company’s HR called me to briefly discuss my work experience and introduce the position at the company. It was a short conversation.

I went to the interview in the evening. The interview lasted a little over half an hour and was informal, with both sides asking questions about anything they wanted to clarify.

Cons

For the company’s order-picking staff, the pay consists of a base salary plus performance bonuses, and the role is essentially treated as a responsibility-based position where you are expected to complete the orders.

Although there are performance bonuses, it is actually difficult to calculate them based on time and efficiency.

Pros

1. The company benefits are good, and everything you would expect is provided. The Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival bonuses are NT$2,000.

2. It has a foreign-company atmosphere: finish your assigned tasks and leave work on time, without having to worry about a manager giving you a dirty look.

3. If the company makes money, there are opportunities for salary increases and year-end bonuses.

4. Although there are small cliques among colleagues, everyone helps one another when needed.

5. You can express your ideas and have a platform to shine.

6. You can learn about a wide range of fields in a short time.

Cons

1. The work is highly challenging, and you may encounter areas that require learning something new.

2. There is occasionally afternoon tea in the afternoon, so it is easy to gain weight.

Pros

We once had a strong sense of unity and camaraderie among our colleagues

Hello to the friend upstairs,

I can understand how you feel

and I also know about the situation you described.

I am not defending the company.

However, the situation you mentioned is a comment about the other company,

yet you gave “Stables” a 100% negative rating.

Isn’t that too hurtful to all the employees who worked hard over the years, before the company was acquired, to make the “Stables” name shine?

Yes! We are having a very difficult time right now.

We may not stay at Stables forever,

but we also would not want anyone to damage Stables’ image

and bring shame to everyone who has worked hard and is still working hard.

Please allow me to empathize with your emotions,

but I also want to express what “Stables” means to me.

Cons

There is indeed still room for improvement in the company’s current situation; there is no doubt about that.

Pros

There are occasional taste tests.

Cons

First of all, Daho Hsing Yeh Co., Ltd. and Stapro were acquired by the same owner, so the two companies are actually one company. What I’m mainly referring to is the work at Daho; the two sides are currently being integrated.

1. Supervisors are extremely disrespectful. When assigning work, they don’t discuss with you whether you have time or how it should be allocated. They simply send an email, and it’s yours.

2. If you point out that there is too much work, senior management will question why you are working so slowly. It’s easy for outsiders to comment on work without understanding it.

3. Some colleagues openly bad-mouth other colleagues in the office. If there is a problem at work, please communicate face-to-face. Is forming cliques really better? It’s very upsetting to be treated this way, and some supervisors even join in.

4. Job openings remain posted on 104 even after someone has been hired, and after a while you may even discover that the salary range has been lowered.

5. You may expect a year-end bonus, but there hasn’t been one in the past.
