There are occasional taste tests.
First of all, Daho Hsing Yeh Co., Ltd. and Stapro were acquired by the same owner, so the two companies are actually one company. What I’m mainly referring to is the work at Daho; the two sides are currently being integrated.
1. Supervisors are extremely disrespectful. When assigning work, they don’t discuss with you whether you have time or how it should be allocated. They simply send an email, and it’s yours.
2. If you point out that there is too much work, senior management will question why you are working so slowly. It’s easy for outsiders to comment on work without understanding it.
3. Some colleagues openly bad-mouth other colleagues in the office. If there is a problem at work, please communicate face-to-face. Is forming cliques really better? It’s very upsetting to be treated this way, and some supervisors even join in.
4. Job openings remain posted on 104 even after someone has been hired, and after a while you may even discover that the salary range has been lowered.
5. You may expect a year-end bonus, but there hasn’t been one in the past.
