Feels like a really bad company. Just for the interview, they had me go there three times.
Each time, I discussed with a senior manager when I could start working, but then they suddenly notified me not to come in. They really don't respect interviewees' time. I also heard that there is no year-end bonus, or that the year-end bonus is calculated by the day. Anyone thinking of going for an interview should think twice.
Only occasionally get off work on time
The pay is really low, and they keep deducting this and that
They only know how to say nice things
The supervisors' mindset is really hard to compliment
They only hire people from relevant fields, then expect you to solve problems yourself once you join
No one will teach you
They only know how to compare their products with what other automakers have made
Always following behind others
If you want to join, think it over again and again and again
Builds resilience to stress
No year-end bonus, little salary adjustment, but managers give themselves raises
Complies with labor laws.
There are virtually no benefits. Every Monday morning, everyone has to attend an all-hands meeting that feels like being lectured as if we were high school students. In principle, there is no possibility of getting a raise after joining. I know of an employee who has worked there for seven years without ever receiving a salary increase. Senior management is emotional, meetings are inefficient and one-sided, and they will not let people leave unless the meeting lasts four hours. They like to smoke cigars in their own offices, but the air conditioning carries the smoke into the other offices, and aside from wearing a mask yourself, there is no other solution. On typhoon days, employees have to wait for the general manager to decide whether to close. Personnel then notify the security office, and employees must call the security office themselves to confirm. Typhoon leave is unpaid. There is no year-end bonus.
