Pros
Only occasionally get off work on time
Cons
The pay is really low, and they keep deducting this and that
They only know how to say nice things
The supervisors' mindset is really hard to compliment
They only hire people from relevant fields, then expect you to solve problems yourself once you join
No one will teach you
They only know how to compare their products with what other automakers have made
Always following behind others
If you want to join, think it over again and again and again
