Read the community guidelinesI had already interviewed with HR and the manager. When it came time to move on to the second round, there was simply no further communication. On the surface, they said they would arrange an interview with the vice president, but in reality, they did not. Personally, I feel that if it is not going to work out, they should at least send an email or LINE message to notify you. Other large companies will inform you, but this company does not. It feels like a rather irresponsible company.
It looks like there are a lot of older employees.

Nominally an engineer, but expected to perform a supervisor’s duties.
For example:
1. When CPUs are purchased, you will not be informed of their specifications or model numbers. You only find out when they are produced and placed on the board.
2. The PM will ask questions about COST, but how can someone who is not at a supervisory level be responsible for this?
3. The department supervisor will change this and that before the end of the day on the day you release the drawings.
4. The PM will modify the SPEC on the day the drawings are released.
5. The company wants to save money by not hiring a mechanical engineer, yet still wants to develop the entire system.
6. Whenever you make any suggestions, they are never adopted.
7. People who have worked at large companies or other companies are advised not to come here. You are paid only an engineer’s salary but are expected to be all-knowing and capable of doing everything.
8. Engineers shoulder all the problems; no matter how many mistakes are made, they are all blamed on the engineers.
9. Projects with different system architectures are initiated simultaneously, and you are expected to develop them at the same time.
10. Doing well will not earn you a raise; doing poorly will result in your year-end bonus being deducted.
11. Although the company is listed, there is no profit sharing.
12. There are a large number of projects every year, and the work is extremely exhausting, yet they keep saying the company is not making money.

A company that demands punctuality
You must not be early or late when collecting garbage; being off by a few minutes will get you reprimanded
Your timing had better be perfectly synchronized, down to the second

It has a terrible reputation in the industry and is essentially blacklisted by major companies.
Annual salary = 12 months of monthly salary + 1 month of year-end bonus
Monthly salary = perfect-attendance bonus of NT$1,000 + salary + meal allowance
Working hours = must arrive by 9:00 at the latest
Arriving 1 minute late for work means the NT$1,000 perfect-attendance bonus is gone, and your pay will be reduced by NT$1,000
There are many elderly people.
Having the air conditioning on is as good as having it off. The indoor temperature is 31°C, I’m sweating all over and almost suffering heatstroke.
If you want to be an all-purpose go-to person, you can give it a try.

This company is quite bizarre. I scheduled an interview, arrived on time, and completed the basic information form and personality and intelligence tests. After that, the receptionist actually told me to go straight home, saying that the manager would review my information and test results and then decide whether to schedule an interview, and that this was the company’s required interview process.
This was the first time I had encountered such a situation. I rode my scooter for 40 minutes and also had to take half a day off work. How can a company show so little respect for job applicants?
