Company regulations
The following persons may not be employed:
5. Persons suffering from mental illness or communicable diseases
Regardless of whether the research is conducted within or outside the company, all copyrights in the resulting works belong to the company, but the inventor may be registered as the inventor
Any of the following circumstances shall result in dismissal:
(a) Taking more than 14 days of personal leave.
(b) Having an extramarital affair.
(f) Holding another position or engaging in side work involving the same type of business as the company without permission.
Further education is not permitted; taking further education will result in suspension without pay
Taking personal or sick leave will result in a deduction from performance evaluations
Poor performance may result in a salary reduction or dismissal
