I had already interviewed with HR and the manager. When it came time to move on to the second round, there was simply no further communication. On the surface, they said they would arrange an interview with the vice president, but in reality, they did not. Personally, I feel that if it is not going to work out, they should at least send an email or LINE message to notify you. Other large companies will inform you, but this company does not. It feels like a rather irresponsible company.

It looks like there are a lot of older employees.
