The colleagues are around the same age and all easy to get along with. This is really the only advantage :)

Wow, this company is really laughable. It looks so high-end from the outside, but inside it’s unbelievably corrupt—an absolute mess. A few managers only know how to play bullying games, treating employees like dogs and trampling all over them. Everything that comes out of their mouths is complete bullshit; they have less sense than kindergarten children. They also act as if they’re so impressive, but in the end they only dare protect subordinates who are even more useless than they are—stealing, spreading rumors, smearing others, they’ll defend it all. Are they running the company like a mafia safe house?

The most laughable part is that when others work hard, the managers only know how to take the credit, as if the whole world depends on them alone. Their skin is thicker than the company walls. And as it happens, they even share the same surname as the boss? Come on, everyone suspects they must be relatives. Otherwise, how could someone be this useless and still have people covering for them?

The pay is unbelievably stingy, the benefits have been cut until hardly anything is left, and they specifically target employees whenever they want to slash benefits. Even the cleaning lady gets bullied. This company clearly hasn’t even learned the basic ethics of being human. Seriously, no matter how desperate you are, don’t work somewhere like this. Joining means voluntarily signing yourself up for hell.

Pros? Let me think. Taking leave doesn’t result in a pay deduction, but you have to make up the hours for your supervisor to review. The only advantage is that, after being there for just two weeks and attending a meeting with the division head, I already wanted to start looking for another job. It’s a company with absolutely no systems in place, and I had no idea what they were ranting about in the meeting, acting as if they were so great. Your company’s EPS is so terrible that it doesn’t even reach the last digits of my former department’s profits, yet you still talk about us not being able to keep up with you?? Where does that confidence come from??

The drawback is that you’re still hiring. Please, just handle things yourselves and don’t make people waste their lives; and you even lay people off based on your mood. You really are asking to get sued. Other companies collect evidence to prove that someone is unsuitable for the job; your company just goes by the division head’s mood.

Holidays are paid. The restroom is great. There are lots of young people. Everyone chats at work. If you like taking it easy while collecting a paycheck, you can go there.

Drawbacks

1. The people in the accounting department are all very strange and talk very loudly. They don't like interacting with others, and they make a big fuss when you ask for a travel expense reimbursement.

2. The company's white-haired manager has a very low level of literacy, can't speak English, and likes watching the surveillance cameras.

3. The PM and AM both speak very loudly and are very impolite when asking for things.

4. The IT, HR, and general affairs staff are all old and really unpleasant. Talking to them feels like there is a generation gap; it seems as though they don't understand what we are trying to express.

5. It seems like all the normal people have resigned, leaving behind a bunch of people who are impossible to communicate with.

6. Many people have been laid off. Remember to stay on the good side of the right people, and be careful what you say—you can't offend accounting. The company looks like it has two factions: one aligned with the white-haired manager and one with the rich second-generation heir. All that's missing is one more team, and they could have a major battle.

7. The old general affairs staff member spends all day at counter 80. The last time I saw him lecturing someone there, I thought it was my mom scolding her daughter.

Most managers are pretty good.

Except for those little cliques.

Someone in a certain department who thinks they are a manager uses two-faced tactics all day, bullies others in the workplace, and keeps saying that others are uncooperative, etc., without ever looking for the cause within themselves.

Since joining the company, they have offended people in other departments everywhere, while managing to keep their direct superior quite pleased. There's nothing you can do when a villain blinds the eyes.

They handle simple matters in a complete mess, yet still want others to play the bad cop while they play the good cop.

I've never seen someone like this become a manager: first, they have no rapport with anyone; second, they are incapable of handling things; third, their tactics are clumsy.
