Cons

1. The salary is not a fixed monthly wage; for example, there is very little money during February because of the Lunar New Year.

2. The insured salary is always set at the minimum wage, which makes a big difference to the subsidies women may receive when having children in the future.

3. The office environment is noisy. It is a family business: the production supervisor, the owner’s sister-in-law, is also called the lady boss by the foreign workers on-site. She occasionally broadcasts insults at the production floor, acting as if employees should be secretly grateful and understand that since the boss gives them work, they should be thankful 🙄🙄🙄. Even when taking normal days off marked in red on the calendar, employees still get sarcastic remarks from her that “employees are bigger than the boss nowadays.”

4. The second and third sisters have extremely poor emotional management. When the third sister gets upset over a disagreement, she throws a tantrum and throws things around the office.

5. There are no systems. The second sister constantly changes what she says, as if everyone must obey her simply because she is tired—as though the company could not function without her. She emotionally manipulates everyone and also uses educational qualifications to pressure people, even though she only attended a technical and vocational college herself, while constantly boasting about her past.

6. The boss is very good at making empty promises.

The environment here is extremely poor. There is no management system, only rule by individuals. There is no dignity, the pay is extremely low, and employees are expected to keep expressing gratitude.

Additional comments

The contract was not provided in duplicate, and my supervisor refused to let me take a photo.

When I resigned, my entire bonus for the month of resignation was deducted. When I asked HR about it, I was told that the bonus included “expectations for the future.”

(Everyone can interpret what that means for themselves.) Later, when I asked to review the contract I had originally signed, my message was read but left unanswered. I did not pursue the matter further because I had other things to take care of, but if everyone sees this, please consider it carefully.

Cons

1. The SOPs are chaotic, dictated by certain individuals, and constantly changing (not being optimized). This makes it impossible to work properly because there is no correct answer to refer to—whatever you do is wrong. It may be suitable for people who can accept orders changing from day to day and cooperate unconditionally.

2. The company wants to expand but cannot manage its staffing allocation properly. When things are extremely busy, it does not proactively add staff; even after this is reported, nothing comes of it. It even continues trying to expand on this basis. Be prepared to do the work with the fewest people possible, or even to shoulder it all by yourself.

3. Information is not transparent, and there are serious communication gaps. Problems often occur before anyone discovers that no handover was done. Attempts to communicate do not seem intended to bring about improvement either. Information is controlled by a small number of people, which leads to a large number of unnecessary customer complaints and hassles at work.

My suggestion is that only people who are extremely patient and even-tempered should consider it.

Cons

The environment is stuffy and messy, and project development is poorly managed, resulting in multiple versions of files.

This frequently causes internal errors, and design drafts are determined entirely by the boss's preferences.

Frontline sales staff have absolutely no authority.

The company is completely family-managed; people without connections are treated like slaves.

That third sister completely fails to treat employees like human beings.

Cons

The company is a family business

The boss and his wife's sisters hold all the power

At work, you constantly hear the boss's sister-in-law berating foreign workers over the phone on speakerphone

The boss's sister-in-law is also in charge of purchasing; she has a short temper and a crude personality

She directly calls people idiots and morons; all the employees are afraid of her

The boss lacks professionalism and does not trust the employees he hires
