Pros

They gave me an interview opportunity; everything was normal.

Cons

I applied for a warehouse management position, but actually also had to operate machines and make deliveries. Basically, although the main job was warehouse management, I had to support other tasks when there was nothing to do. The salary was NT$27,000, and I vaguely remember that the bonus could only be collected after one month or three months. It felt like asking Guanyin for help but getting the Thousand-Handed Guanyin instead. The job duties were frightening, and the salary was frightening too.

Pros

After everyone leaves, they all feel that any job afterward is heaven.

If you want to undergo mental and emotional training, you can give it a try.

A team of around 10 people had more than 20 employees leave in one year, so I heard that recently they’ve been quite willing to offer good pay.

Most of the colleagues and bosses are pretty good!

But you have to join the right department! The right department!

Cons

The following is merely my humble opinion based on long-term observation and personal experience.

If you join Supervisor C’s team, at the beginning you will probably feel highly valued and will really want to devote yourself to the company.

The supervisor is very skilled at this... (At first, they make people feel immersed; it may create an unlimited sense of superiority.)

Upward management is also handled very well!

Later, because of this, you often end up doing many things that should not actually be part of your responsibilities....

You are often subjected to an onslaught of mental exhaustion. A single meeting frequently lasts half a day or more, during which you have to endure intense emotions continuously.

When the supervisor gets emotional, you will often receive harassing calls from them... Some colleagues are bombarded for two hours at a time....

Over the long term, you begin to question your life...

Eighty percent of the people who left had seen a psychiatrist or an endocrinologist, relying on medication just to sleep and live normally.

Looking back now, it all feels quite like a nightmare.

When you calculate it all out, it really isn’t worth it: the money you earn comes at the cost of an unhealthy body and mind, as well as distorted values.

Pros

I honestly can’t think of any advantages.

Cons

Everything is just fantasy. You can listen to this dream.

There is a female C manager in one department who thinks she is the best representative of the entire global electronics industry, along with a seemingly kind-hearted but actually self-XXX junior manager J.

This company does not allow Macs. They will tell you to figure it out yourself, unless you think you can take on multiple roles. (There is also someone in MIS who seems to be an all-purpose odd-job person; there is no point saying anything to him either.)

For outdoor parking, you have to pay an additional 500 per month yourself; indoor parking is subsidized by 1,000.

You often need to entertain original equipment manufacturers or clients, and especially under these managers, you will need to sacrifice a lot of your personal time after work.

Managers really need people to flatter them and like listening to nonsense. They like obedient people and dislike direct opinions, reviews, and communication.

As long as they decide they don’t like you, they will bring someone in to replace you. That is why their department is basically made up of newcomers.

The managers only have a superficial understanding of the systems. Even when you ask them, they do not understand. After teaching something once, they say they have already taught everything. They often push many problems onto others.

Their intelligence and abilities are deeply concerning. They tell you one thing but do another, do not fully inform subordinates, and keep all resources under their control. They are afraid others will take credit for their work. This is a very internally draining company.

The company is profit-margin-oriented, and all dealings with manufacturers are on a buyout basis. Rather than calling it a distributor, it would be more accurate to call it a trading company.

When you join, they will give you an employee handbook. Just give it a quick look.

The weekly meetings are truly a waste of time, and the managers even chat during the meetings. When there are not many projects, they can last from 09:30 to 12:00.

The main point is that they do not comply with labor laws and will dismiss employees at will without explaining the reason or what mistake they made. (Basically, if they are dissatisfied with you, they will tell you to leave.)
