Interview
1. New hires are required to travel to Taichung for training and arrive at the head office before 08:30. Travel expenses are self-funded.
2. The working hours are 8.5 hours, plus another 0.5 hour spent standing at the cashier counter while eating and serving customers.
After hearing this, I had already blacklisted this company in my mind.
3. When necessary, employees are required to provide support at branch stores, including branches in other counties or cities.
The pay is not high, yet employees still have to provide support everywhere.
4. Arrive early to open the store, extend the workday to close the store.
You're not even the store manager or assistant store manager, and the pay is already... They even steal your break time.
Your clock-in and clock-out times are also taken away. No wonder they can't recruit enough people and the turnover rate is high.

The performance evaluation is seriously flawed. People who are frequently absent and make mistakes still manage to pass—how does that make sense?
Those who slack off can do so openly and without consequence, while diligent employees are subjected to intense scrutiny!
They buy hardware at low prices and sell it to customers at high prices—even the employee price is more expensive than what’s sold outside!
Even at the year-end banquet, raffle prizes are divided by rank. Frontline employees work hard while the managers above just talk and profit comfortably!
The company itself is unprofessional, yet it still demands that employees improve their own professional skills. It’s quite laughable…

Absolutely terrible. They discriminate against new immigrants, and they never respond to submitted applications. No wonder they can't hire anyone.

8.5 working hours per day, violating the Labor Standards Act
There are also unwritten rules regarding overtime in the warehouse: overtime is not necessarily counted as overtime, the pay is low, and management does not know how to lead people

Starting work at 8:00 a.m. every morning and finishing at 5:30 p.m., with 8.5 working hours per day, violates the Labor Standards Act. There are also unspoken rules, and you cannot clock out exactly at 5:30 p.m.
