A fake foreign company; the environment and work style are pretty much the same as those of a Taiwanese company. The HR department is quite terrible. The manager and HR kept asking about salary without addressing anything else.
You have to fill out quite a lot of questionnaires, most of which are psychological tests and questions about how to handle hypothetical situations.
Sales staff are required to take long-term business trips to mainland China, but this is not classified as an overseas assignment. I don't know whether this is related to salary considerations.
A very poor interview experience.
It is very difficult to find any advantages, unless being paid on time counts as one.
A fake multinational company with a fairly high turnover rate. It uses the name of Siaote to recruit employees for another private affiliated company (although they are distinguished by the factory site, they are actually completely different companies).
It prides itself on managing the company according to the systems of a listed company, but fails to realize that rigidly applying a large-company management system to an organization of this size only forces employees to spend excessive time handling inefficient, unproductive, and trivial tasks. At the same time, it places extreme demands on performance, creating a vicious cycle in terms of time utilization.
