Pros

Don't know

Cons

I previously interviewed with Sanqian once. At the same time, I was also interviewing with another company. I mentioned to both companies the interpersonal issues at my previous company (infighting, underhanded tactics, and problems between the boss and colleagues). Sanqian decided not to hire me because I brought up this situation, while the other company hired me and assured me that they would not have such problems.

Later, I thought that perhaps Sanqian has similar problems too—otherwise, why would they be afraid of someone bringing them up?

Pros

None

Cons

The company’s internal operations feel very… disorganized. The day before, the interview time had already been arranged with someone else, but the next day they said they didn’t know when the manager would return from a business trip abroad, so the interview could not take place.

Pros

The location is excellent, right by the exit of an MRT station in a busy district of Taipei, with lots of good food nearby.

Cons

There is a princess-like manager who is older but loves showing off her popularity with men. She creates all kinds of groups to bully employees in the workplace. She stays online even on weekends and holidays, and whether you respond or not, it never ends. Otherwise, you will be targeted at work and pressured—she will humiliate you one moment and then quickly placate you the next. What is especially disgusting is that she thinks she is the one being wronged. She defines having to take on the work left behind by employees who dislike her or whom she has driven away as workplace bullying. I heard that she will suddenly send photos asking whether you have eaten chicken today. Her boyfriend comes and goes at the company, showing off their affection, which is extremely strange. Coworkers have to clean her lunchbox, wipe her desk, order things, and tell her whether her boyfriend has arrived. If you answer even slightly differently from what she wants, you will get trapped in a cycle of being targeted and brainwashed in the group chats. She even puts on a show of wielding girlfriend-like authority in front of coworkers. She absolutely loves sharing her romantic history with people she barely knows and keeps talking about it. In fact, everyone is enduring it. The good, outstanding, and capable people will all be driven away by her. The only ones who survive are those who agree with her, because she is the best and knows everything. The boss listens to her, and personnel matters are handled according to her likes and dislikes. Even though she cannot retain anyone, she still drives away the people she does not like, leaving those who remain to shoulder more and more. The employee turnover rate is extremely high. Everyone who resigns gets viciously smeared by her foul mouth, and she takes every opportunity to badmouth them in internal and external meetings. Why doesn’t she ever reflect on herself? Whenever something goes wrong, it is someone else’s fault; she is always completely innocent. Enough already—everyone knows what is going on.

Strangely, companies always seem to have people like this. The owner couple can never see through her and even think she is the one being mistreated, as if she alone can save the world. If you do not have the ability to serve Her Highness, sing her praises, and constantly thank her for granting you a job; if you cannot be on call to respond to group messages at any time during holidays; if you are not agreeable enough to simply echo what everyone else says; if you are not psychologically prepared to be brainwashed by her romantic propaganda; if you do not have the mental resilience to remain calm even after being banished to the cold palace; and if you cannot accept the idiotic embedded education requiring you to memorize her three-thousand-character glorious history, please do not try it lightly.

The benefits are okay.

Cons

For product design, you must submit a complete business model table and persuade your supervisor and the boss. (The boss needs to know exactly that it can make money, why it can make money, how to sell it, and where to sell it—looking for every possible flaw, picking faults in an almost nitpicking and unreasonable way, and doing everything possible to find shortcomings and try to reject it.) But what is astonishing is that, even after providing detailed explanations, responding to extremely difficult challenges, explaining everything, and showing it to existing overseas customers who replied that they were interested, the boss said the company was not yet ready to develop it. > The project was abruptly terminated, and not long afterward the employee was laid off. . . . . . . . Completely speechless.

P.S.: The boss and supervisors all like to swear. (When you discuss and explain something reasonably with upper management, the supervisor will say, “That’s just how Sanqian Trading is,” refuse to listen, and reject you unreasonably and angrily.)

To the company, your existence is nothing more than a farce. . . .

Shared by an employee who once worked there, recounting their personal experience.

Pros

The company offers comprehensive benefits, including an employee welfare committee.

Cons

During the interview, the applicant was not given a meeting room. Instead, they were asked to complete an English test at a small, coffee-table-like desk in a corner of the office, while employees busily walked around nearby. It felt somewhat disrespectful to the applicant.

The English test questions were poorly designed. The very first question involved a customer writing to say that an entire batch of products had been made incorrectly and could not be used with other components, demanding that production be stopped immediately and that everything be remade and supplied to the customer. For such a serious issue, the sales representative could not respond to the customer before the background and cause had been investigated. Moreover, because the amount involved was substantial and exceeded the sales representative’s authority, it was not a decision that a junior sales employee could make. Even if the factory had actually made a mistake, the sales representative absolutely could not proactively admit fault and promise to replace the products. Therefore, requiring applicants to answer this question was extremely unreasonable.
