I previously interviewed with Sanqian once. At the same time, I was also interviewing with another company. I mentioned to both companies the interpersonal issues at my previous company (infighting, underhanded tactics, and problems between the boss and colleagues). Sanqian decided not to hire me because I brought up this situation, while the other company hired me and assured me that they would not have such problems.

Later, I thought that perhaps Sanqian has similar problems too—otherwise, why would they be afraid of someone bringing them up?
