The salary is pitifully low.
It’s the kind that’s just the legal minimum wage.
Full-time employees’ pay is almost surpassed by that of part-time workers.
But part-time workers just clock in and out,
while full-time employees have to shoulder a bunch of responsibilities,
and constantly write pointless self-evaluations.
The company doesn’t change anything even after you submit them.
The year-end bonus isn’t even one month’s salary (not sure about this now).
And it really depends on how the store manager evaluates you.
There was once a store manager who gave everyone in the entire store very low scores,
which affected their year-end performance bonuses,
and even said, “How dare you give yourselves high scores?”
Pros
You can build your physical strength by moving goods.

It looks like they send out interview invitations indiscriminately,
then completely stop responding when it comes time to reply and schedule an interview,
A well-organized company would not even lack this basic courtesy,
HR and store staff both represent a company's attitude and public image,
If they do not even understand this, it is no wonder they are hiring all the time.

Relevant work experience. The salary offered is so low it makes me want to cry.
The contract-based employment system is restrictive—are they really that afraid of employees leaving?

Overtime must be applied for by email from the supervisor; otherwise, it does not count.
My annual leave was almost taken away once.
