Read the community guidelinesDuring the interview, they made it sound as though they valued teamwork and team planning, and that bonuses were separate.
However, those things seemed to be useful only during the interview…….
Once I joined, I realized that it really was just sales talk……
Marketing and sales are both under a female manager.
There is no employee training. They tell you to work hard to develop new customers or to “provide resources.”
You can forget about bonuses, too, and you have to teach yourself.
It feels like the manager herself is not very familiar with the products,
yet she insists that you follow her instructions.
She also applies extremely double standards,
which makes it feel like they want to hire someone highly capable while also expecting that person to comply with her unreasonable, forceful demands.
It is extremely difficult to work in sales under her!!
Basically, you cannot trust what she says or the instructions she gives.
Large workspace
A small company using a large-company system
Many of the managers there have problems
They lose their tempers every now and then
Whenever they have free time at work, they keep staring at your screen
During company meetings,
you always see the sales manager constantly expressing her “brilliant” opinions
Every now and then, she reports people from other departments
The workspace is large, but the whole place feels like a prison
Good environment
The head of the Manufacturing Department and the head of the Finance and Administration Section are married.
Everything is decided by Finance and Administration.
People in the Manufacturing Department can only follow orders and do their work.
They favor people who flatter them.
They do not care at all whether someone is capable.
Incapable people who flatter them are praised as highly capable.
This makes senior managers and the boss pay great attention to them.
Capable people, because of a few words from her,
are immediately cast aside and can never recover.
There are sarcastic remarks every day.
It is a complete mental bombardment.
In the office, people can only discuss work; they cannot chat or joke.
Because there is a self-important head of the department
who will report minor matters to the head of Finance and Administration.
To survive here,
you have to be sufficiently obsequious.
A short-term way to build up your experience
To join the company, you must have a master's degree from one of the four major universities,
more than 10 years of experience,
the ability to teach yourself without a mentor,
the ability to read minds and interpret what your supervisor and boss are thinking,
and be willing to accept a salary of 28,000–35,000, with no possibility of going higher.
The salary you receive is still just the base salary plus a meal allowance.
Take your actual take-home pay and enter it into the salary calculator on 104 Job Bank,
and you will discover just how far down the ladder you really are....
1. Be a mindless person.
2. The Manufacturing Department's ideas are not important; just get the work done. You need big enough balls to withstand being scolded, and you need to have some experience; otherwise, even if you learn more, you will still get scolded.

A certain section manager in the Manufacturing Department spends work hours wandering around and chatting everywhere, leaving a pile of tasks for subordinates undone. Then he only knows how to get things done with his mouth (he even dares to say that his SOP is to use his mouth to tell others to do things). His own communication skills are extremely poor, so he pushes things onto his subordinates, claiming that he is training their communication skills. When teaching new employees how to do things, he is accused of slacking off and just going through the motions?!
The female marketing supervisor is subordinate to the overseas business supervisor,
who provides no useful training for new sales staff and only tells people to teach themselves and make PowerPoint presentations, while claiming to practice American-style management.
