During the interview, they made it sound as though they valued teamwork and team planning, and that bonuses were separate.

However, those things seemed to be useful only during the interview…….

Once I joined, I realized that it really was just sales talk……

Marketing and sales are both under a female manager.

There is no employee training. They tell you to work hard to develop new customers or to “provide resources.”

You can forget about bonuses, too, and you have to teach yourself.

It feels like the manager herself is not very familiar with the products,

yet she insists that you follow her instructions.

She also applies extremely double standards,

which makes it feel like they want to hire someone highly capable while also expecting that person to comply with her unreasonable, forceful demands.

It is extremely difficult to work in sales under her!!

Basically, you cannot trust what she says or the instructions she gives.
