A certain section manager in the Manufacturing Department spends work hours wandering around and chatting everywhere, leaving a pile of tasks for subordinates undone. Then he only knows how to get things done with his mouth (he even dares to say that his SOP is to use his mouth to tell others to do things). His own communication skills are extremely poor, so he pushes things onto his subordinates, claiming that he is training their communication skills.
