Pros

The interview with HR was at Starbucks, so the atmosphere was fairly relaxed.

Cons

Store staff are expected to meet a lot of sales targets. What they call a half day is actually eight hours, while a full day means working from opening until the store closes completely.

They use a four-week flexible working-hours system.

If you don't meet your sales targets, the boss will keep asking about your strategies and methods in the group chat!

To put it bluntly, the commission is 10–30% of that month's sales, depending on how much of the target you achieve.

It sounds very appealing, but in practice it's about the same as working in certain telecommunications companies!!

Pros

The interview went well and the interviewer was very pleasant.

Cons

On my first day at the company, the senior colleague responsible for training me was seriously unstable. Even though it was my first day, they expected me to immediately learn an extremely complicated checkout process, and even said, “Don’t ask me if you have questions.” They complained that training too many new employees was exhausting, and constantly used profanity. Their mood changed from one moment to the next: one minute they would smile while teaching me, and the next they would look extremely impatient and say, “Could you stop asking so many questions?” Aside from the senior colleague’s inconsistent willingness to teach, the company’s checkout process was also exceptionally tedious. It was simply supposed to involve scanning products and checking out using a mobile carrier, yet they added a bunch of meaningless steps that made mistakes especially likely. They even said that mistakes were the employee’s fault, not a flaw in the system. There were also an absurd number of group chats—more than 50. Do they think I’m Naruto Uzumaki? This company is extremely toxic.

Pros

What used to be an advantage has now become no advantage at all

Cons

1. No three-festival bonuses; bonuses are given according to a certain supervisor’s mood.

2. The attitude toward whether overtime pay should be provided or not.

3. The supervisor brings too much personal emotion to work and does not understand anything (as follows):

Every so often at work, the “complaining princess” comes looking for trouble. She can complain about insignificant chores for an entire day, and when she is in a bad mood, she takes it out on others.

When there are not enough staff, she only complains about others and does not come to help herself. The point is that even when she does come, it is useless (because she does not know how to do anything, so it is the same as her not coming).

When upper management assigns tasks that she cannot complete herself, she only complains that others do not know how to do them (because she makes the people below her do the tasks assigned by upper management).

The most useless person in the entire company probably does nothing but listen to her complain every day. She also loses her temper at the store for no reason. The entire workplace atmosphere becomes very bad whenever she comes in, and everyone cannot stand her menopausal mood swings.
