Family businesses are scary. There is no overtime pay, yet overtime is common.

They may ignore phone calls, while new employees are expected to answer them. Administrative assistance = administrative assistance + sales + miscellaneous tasks.

You will be required to add a bunch of customers on LINE, so there will be a lot of messages.

If you are not confident that you can quickly fit into the social circles after joining, you may want to withdraw in advance so you do not get dragged in. There are quite a few senior employees, and you need to know who is who so you do not offend anyone. During the interview, they will say the atmosphere is good, but in reality, if you do not know how to ingratiate yourself and fit into every group, you will be heavily scrutinized. Therefore, work ability is secondary. They expect you to get up to speed quickly while offering only a starting salary.

There really is a lot to do. You may be able to learn something, but everyone is so busy that what you learn is very superficial.

At first, you may still have expectations, but you will discover that they simply treat people as disposable. If you can accept taking on multiple roles and working overtime, and can manage the social circles well,

then it is a good fit for you.

During the interview, the manager directly stated that the job is based on a responsibility system: if work is not completed after working hours, it indicates a lack of ability. The company will not pay overtime, and attendance on holidays depends on the schedule. For applicants without relevant experience, they offer the minimum salary listed on the recruitment website; those with experience only receive an additional two thousand. The manager kept making vague promises, saying that if employees performed well, the company would recognize them, promote them, and adjust their salary. They also told young people not to care so much about salary, mentioning that they themselves had switched from a well-known major company because they saw this company's market potential. However, when asked professional questions, the manager had no idea how to answer and would forcefully make up an entirely different theory.

It’s simply a sweatshop: starting at 7 a.m. and working until 2 a.m., then starting again at 7 a.m. They tell us part-time workers, “We have plenty of people we can hire anyway. Whether you do the work or not is up to you.”

You’re expected to work all seven days of the week. If you dare to ask for leave, you’re fired immediately. It’s outright bullying of disadvantaged families and children in rural areas.

You’re only allowed half an hour to eat, and you have to clock in and out. If you clock back in one minute late after eating, they deduct money from your pay. After working until midnight, they give you only a small bottle of malted milk to fill your stomach. The tourist factory nowadays is basically built on the blood and sweat of its employees, through deductions from their wages.
