Proactively invited job applicants to an interview
Unpleasant experience with a proactive interview invitation
This interview was initiated by your company. However, the interview process was extremely unpleasant.
Although the company’s 104 job posting did not emphasize any special requirements regarding familiarity with or operating speed of ERP systems, the interviewer rejected the applicant on the grounds that they did not meet this requirement and stated that it would be specified in the 104 job posting in the future.
This outcome was extremely frustrating and discouraging. After making the trip in heavy rain, the applicant was ultimately rejected because of an important requirement that had not been stated in the job posting, resulting in an extremely poor overall interview experience.
