2. The boss is very emotionally unstable and changes attitude whenever something does not go their way.

3. Colleagues appear harmonious on the surface, but many of them actually scheme against one another. Even the boss’s own problems are blamed on employees.

4. Some colleagues clearly have problems of their own, but still blame others for their mistakes. Therefore, when working at this company, you need to keep written records to protect yourself.

5. Someone is constantly reporting things to the boss. If you express any dissatisfaction with the boss and she hears about it, she will go directly to the boss and report it, sometimes distorting the facts. The boss also believes what she says without verifying it.

6. The company’s internal environment is extremely dirty and messy. There can even be cockroaches crawling on the water dispenser in the pantry.

7. The boss will call you into their office for no particular reason and then waste one to two hours of your time listening to them talk nonsense.
