There are a few people who are dedicated; unfortunately, they came to the wrong place and followed the wrong people.

1. The training system is practically nonexistent.

3. The actual work is absolutely more than 80% inconsistent with what was discussed during the interview.

4. Whenever there is something you do not know how to do, they will tell you to Google it. If you make a mistake, you will receive “thoughtful” attention.

5. If your abilities exceed their range of understanding, you need to lower them to their level. At the same time, be prepared for them never to explain the background or context of anything to you afterward. However, when something goes wrong, you will absolutely be brought out to take the fall.

6. The company culture appears kind on the surface, but is actually turbulent underneath. Whether you can establish yourself here depends entirely on your own abilities.

7. The turnover rate is extremely high, but if you are willing to trust and have a passionate attitude, there may be a very good chance of learning quite a lot here.

8. Meeting content is always repetitive. Even when there is not much to discuss, they always have to bring out the same things and read from the script.

9. To those who come after us: if you are fortunate enough to enter this wonderful place with unlimited prospects, keep a low profile so that you are not stifled in the cradle.

10. I have been here for some time, and everyone who should have left has already gone. All I can say is that even capable people are forced to be constrained by others, supervisors, or leaders. It is truly a pity, but thank you for allowing me to understand during this time that I deserve better choices.

The environment is fairly good. The boss is young and daring, and you can play basketball in the office. It can make you stronger.

You have to take on multiple roles, with an endless amount of work, and there are constantly meetings. When there is something you don’t know, they don’t really train you; they just tell you to Google the answer yourself. If you make one mistake, you get talked about like it’s a prime-time TV drama. After rarely putting in a month of blood, sweat, and tears, I was surprised to see A+B+C+D+E-F = Total? An American company? Then, after finally holding on for nearly three months, you immediately get assigned KPIs. At that point, you’ll be Googling your own future. They really like holding activities on weekends—where are the employee benefits they mentioned at the beginning?

Very free—no one is constantly micromanaging you. You can arrange and carry out your own projects, with plenty of room for personal development. A very people-oriented company!

There aren't really any downsides, but sometimes I genuinely feel that you need to put your heart into your work. With dedication and hard work, you can succeed anywhere. Although I have already left, I am still very grateful to everyone for their help in the past!

Boss: Strong ability to sniff out money-making opportunities, but after-sales service is mediocre. Typically, the boss only cares about making money and not about the well-being of the people who serve as the point of contact with customers. On the surface, the company appears willing to spend generously on employee benefits, but it lets you see them without actually receiving them; in reality, it is extremely stingy. The company’s annual revenue exceeds 100 million, yet the year-end bonus is only the basic one-month salary guarantee required by labor laws—and even that is not fully paid. Salary levels are below average for the industry.

Colleagues: On the surface, the company appears young, energetic, harmonious, and cheerful (千万别被FB粉丝团的假相蒙蔽了), but behind the scenes, people engage in intrigue and infighting. Long-term employees often wait for opportunities to badmouth others behind their backs (not just a few people). This is one of the reasons for the extremely high turnover rate. The employees who stay are all people who can adapt to this kind of atmosphere.
