1. The training system is practically nonexistent.

8. Meeting content is always repetitive. Even when there is not much to discuss, they always have to bring out the same things and read from the script.

10. I have been here for some time, and everyone who should have left has already gone. All I can say is that even capable people are forced to be constrained by others, supervisors, or leaders.
