There is only one advantage: leaving work on time. That's it.

1. If you are a recent graduate, do not come to this company under any circumstances. If you still have aspirations and passion for work, please do not come to this company either. This company can destroy all your ambitions.

2. The boss changes orders from one day to the next, and the rules can change without warning. As long as the boss is happy, they can immediately contradict what they said the day before. You can never trust the boss's words.

3. The boss is extremely lacking in execution. At this company, there are endless meetings every day: sales meetings, inventory meetings, weekly meetings, and ad hoc meetings. Because the boss lacks the ability to take action, we are always in meetings.

4. The contemptible way year-end performance scores are assigned. On the day year-end bonuses are distributed, the boss and the boss's wife hand out report cards to you. Then, like principals, they take employees into their private office one by one to assign scores. I can accept attendance records and interpersonal relationships being considered, but one of the criteria is an obedience index toward the boss.

5. When the boss tells you that everything is negotiable, it actually means that nothing is negotiable!

The five points above are only the most basic shortcomings. If, after reading this, you still insist on joining this company, I can only commend you for being very brave. That's all.

I can't think of any.

First of all, there are two older women (basically, two aunties) here. Their attitudes are terrible, and they are bad at their jobs. They are always throwing their weight around because of their age, stirring up trouble behind people's backs, and tattling. They are the biggest reason the office atmosphere is so awful!

Once, I was happily chatting in the office while helping one of the aunties (it was just packing work that didn't require any thought), and the other aunty actually accused us of chatting and being too noisy. The boss even catered only to the two older women and told everyone else not to chat! The office is a completely suffocating space—so quiet that you could hear a pin drop!

There are also surveillance cameras and audio monitors in the office. The boss watches your every move through the cameras. It's terrifying!

As for the boss, they are someone who loves to dream and ramble. There are always endless meetings, but the meetings rarely have any key points! You won't know what you're doing because the boss doesn't know what they're doing either!

The boss also makes many strange and unreasonable demands, such as requiring coworkers to say goodbye to one another. If you don't, they will message you privately after work asking why you didn't say goodbye and whether so-and-so said it. They also require employees to wear light makeup and lipstick, saying that companies overseas all do this and that it's more professional! When you're leaving the office after work, the boss will bid you goodbye with a miserable look, as if I wasn't allowed to leave work. They say people can leave on time, but in reality, the boss will call you into the meeting room for no reason just before the end of the workday and ramble on about a bunch of irrelevant nonsense, wasting your time!

The boss will paint many, many grand visions, but believe me, they're all just empty talk! If you want to challenge yourself in a living hell, I highly recommend this place! No matter where you work after this, it will feel like heaven!

1. The office environment is clean, quiet, and bright. There is a capsule coffee machine, and the company occasionally buys drinks.

2. The boss has a good temper and does not hysterically lose their temper for no reason.

3. Suitable for coasting toward retirement. Even if you are difficult to get along with, it does not matter, because the boss has a Buddha-like heart. As long as you act a little pitiful, the boss will not have the heart to fire you.

1. The company has almost no marketing budget, yet it constantly wants prominent exposure in major media channels.

So you will constantly be asked to inquire about advertising exposure rates, after which nothing will be done. In short, you are just asking for fun.

2. For the sake of sales performance, the company insists on selling products even when they are defective, and the sales staff must constantly help handle customer complaints.

3. Procurement staff need to have extremely thick skin: constantly making unreasonable demands, haggling until the price is practically broken—with free being ideal—and making black sound white.

This place can help you hone all these skills.

4. You will do many things and gain exposure to many different aspects of the business, but projects will be interrupted halfway through or at the end.

Over time, you will discover that you are constantly doing pointless work and wasting time. After being busy for so long, you will have no sense of accomplishment at all.

5. The boss loves to brag. The credibility of what they say is 5%, and they like to make pleasant-sounding promises to you, but just listen and do not take them too seriously.

6. The boss loves to ramble, and meetings have absolutely no focus. It is a great way to train your patience.

7. Be careful dealing with two senior employees at the company. They like shifting blame, making trouble for you, and filing petty reports! Watch out for being set up!

1. The boss can turn 1% of something into 100%! For example: I once accompanied the boss to a meeting with a vendor. The meeting clearly achieved nothing, but after returning to the office, the boss shamelessly told the other colleagues that the partnership had been successfully negotiated.

2. The boss is extremely unrealistic and all talk, no action. He has a whole laundry list of ideals (one moment he wants to break into the food industry, the next he wants to develop tech products; whatever he sees featured in Business Weekly, he wants to pursue), yet he never does his homework. If an employee raises practical problems that may arise during implementation, he will accuse them of throwing the problem back at him...... If you try to discuss plans in advance, he will only say that these are all matters for later and is completely unable to offer any suggestions...

3. The boss always believes that knowing so-and-so means he can close a particular deal (apparently because he previously managed to land a few deals through introductions, so he thinks he can keep copying this model), but the failure rate is extremely high, because a lot of the time he is merely trying to leverage personal connections XD

4. The boss desperately needs employees to applaud him and tell him how great he is (I am being serious). When he sings in the office, he will grumble for a long time if you do not listen to him sing. When he tells jokes he thinks are funny, he will be hurt if you do not laugh. One of the annual performance review criteria is called "obedience"...

5. The boss requires everything, no matter how big or small, to be reported verbally. He believes this is more efficient and allows for interaction. But something that could be explained in three minutes often turns into half an hour to an hour of rambling, with hardly any conclusion, so you have no idea why it was necessary to spend so much time discussing it with him. Also, something discussed today may be forgotten by tomorrow, and he will ask you again about the same question he asked yesterday. If you think this is inefficient and want to report something to him by email, document, or messaging app, sorry, but there is an over-80% chance he will skip it entirely (and he is unable to read long texts).

6. Even though the boss himself is such an unprofessional person, he keeps telling employees to wear lipstick to look professional......

7. To sum up, I really do not know what skills I can improve here.

1. The leaders have the least integrity, yet they require employees to put integrity first. Whether dealing with vendors (e.g., not repaying debts...), customers (knowingly selling poor-quality products...), or employees (benefits and bonuses can be cut or changed at will, without explaining the reasons or giving notice).

2. The leaders have poor decision-making skills and cannot give employees clear instructions. When decisions need to be made, they instead hesitate and delay repeatedly. They also require employees to remind them about decisions and persuade them about how to make them...

3. The company's future is uncertain. They repeatedly use grandiose language to tell you that this year is the company's inaugural year, that various (partnership) projects are about to begin, that they know many people with connections and influential backgrounds, and that their investments and side businesses are highly profitable, giving you hope. But no matter how patiently you wait, you will discover that this is simply a very small trading company. So if you want to join us, absolutely do not fantasize that the company will grow or be able to provide you with any benefits.

4. The boss is not committed to any particular product. Instead, he gets ideas from investment books, so he wants this and that. Since he only has a superficial understanding of everything and has no intention of spending money or effort to investigate further or hiring professionals, seemingly ambitious projects never get beyond the beginning.

5. The boss seems to have a reading disability. Anything he wants to understand, he asks employees to turn into a presentation and explain it to him. So if you join us, you will often have the opportunity to research fields you know nothing about and learn to make presentations and reports for the boss. (Don't worry or feel nervous—he loves complimenting people. Believe his flattering comments if you want.)

6. The company has a system that is much like school rules, with demerit points and report cards. Obedience is also one of the evaluation criteria!

This job was found on 104; the interview was for a web-related position. Below is the not-so-great interview experience:

1. During the interview, they conducted a background investigation and somewhat excessively questioned the candidate about family relationships and whether they were Indigenous, which was somewhat uncomfortable.

2. They mentioned leaving work on time, but said that unfinished designs could be taken home to complete, implying that there was no overtime pay. That was a bit of a red flag.

3. During the interview, they kept discussing other topics, leaving no opportunity to ask about the salary. They quickly glossed over the fact that there was a three-month probationary period, and then that was it.

The position discussed in the interview was a managerial role. The atmosphere was okay overall. The people who received me there were very courteous.

Unfortunately, because I had just gotten married, the boss stated that if I were hired and became pregnant soon after starting the job, there would be a risk of my leaving, and they would then have to find someone again. Therefore, they indicated in person that there was a high chance they would not be able to hire me. (I felt somewhat discriminated against because of my gender.)
