It’s really quite bad. Don’t they understand that having their own people flood the site with posts is supposed to attract people to interviews, who then come back and write negative reviews? What a foolish approach.

I have been with the company for nearly 10 years. Internally, the company feels warm, like a big family. Colleagues get along harmoniously and happily, and teams are able to help one another. As long as we complete the work within our responsibilities, the company does not make any unreasonable additional demands. Isn’t that the case at every company? If each of us thinks positively and maintains a grateful heart, we will naturally feel that wherever we are is a wonderful place.

Except for HR, positions are constantly being replaced throughout the year, and what they say during the interview is completely different from reality once you join.

Work starts at 9 a.m. and is scheduled to end at 6 p.m., but if you try to leave between 6:00 and 6:30, you will be called in for a discussion. The boss only accepts you leaving at 8 p.m. every day!

Oh, right—what is overtime pay? Can you eat it?

There is no overtime pay for setting up or dismantling department-store counters, and the compensatory leave hours do not match the overtime hours.

One salary is split between two companies for payment, with labor and health insurance reported at the minimum amount. The salary payment originally scheduled for November 5, 2016, was delayed until the end of the month.

The sales position changed hands at least nine times starting in 2016.
