Except for HR, positions are constantly being replaced throughout the year, and what they say during the interview is completely different from reality once you join.
Work starts at 9 a.m. and is scheduled to end at 6 p.m., but if you try to leave between 6:00 and 6:30, you will be called in for a discussion. The boss only accepts you leaving at 8 p.m. every day!
Oh, right—what is overtime pay? Can you eat it?
There is no overtime pay for setting up or dismantling department-store counters, and the compensatory leave hours do not match the overtime hours.
One salary is split between two companies for payment, with labor and health insurance reported at the minimum amount. The salary payment originally scheduled for November 5, 2016, was delayed until the end of the month.
The sales position changed hands at least nine times starting in 2016.
