When the thoughts in one’s heart change,

Some people are like lotus flowers—best admired from afar.

Everything is a matter of affinity . . .
Life is a journey of cultivation;
what we cultivate is the heart.
When the heart becomes gentle and yielding,

When the heart is happy,
life becomes joyful.
In this lifetime,
no matter what kind of life you live,
do not shift the responsibility onto others.
All joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness are brought about by oneself.
Life is a kind of echo.
When you give the best to others,
you will receive the best from others.
The more people you help,
the more you gain.
The more miserly you are,
the more you will have nothing.
Be a little more indifferent,
a little less vain.
