Friends below, it’s okay.

I’m not an employee, I’m a vendor. All I can give your boss is a thumbs-up ><"

That’s explicit enough, right?

The following are all things I dreamed about.

1. Recruiting people for planning positions is actually just having applicants interview for projects that he cannot complete himself but has promised clients will be delivered in the next few days. Alternatively, he asks people to do trial work for a few days, making it sound like it is paid, then tells them to leave after the project is completed, opportunistically obtaining other people's ideas at extremely low cost.

2. Meetings consist of listening to him chat, complain, or badmouth other people. They are extremely time-consuming and inefficient. Holding meetings all day without reaching any conclusion is commonplace, delaying employees' work progress. Afterwards, he even questions you: *Hey, it's been several days and I still don't know what you're actually doing.**I pay you a salary, you know. Why is your work efficiency like this? Should I just hire someone else?*

3. His emotions fluctuate unpredictably, like an unexploded bomb. His mood is worst every Monday and Friday. Every day in the office, he shouts that the company has run out of money. On Mondays, he takes his bad mood out on all employees, nitpicks, speaks harshly and disrespectfully, and makes cutting remarks. *If you are unwilling, just sign your resignation today and leave; that's fine,* is a phrase he often repeats. He never listens to anyone; everything is treated as talking back or making excuses, and he keeps going in circles. He does not trust employees and sternly tells you how powerful the company's surveillance cameras and computer monitoring are, saying not to think about stealing data, as if employees had already stolen something.

4. He has persecutory delusions and will endlessly magnify a single sentence an employee says. Even when you provide evidence proving your innocence, he refuses to accept it and explodes: *If you did it, then you did it; if you didn't, then you didn't. You don't need to show me anything.**You don't need to tell me so much. It's all excuses and reasons anyway. What's there to discuss?* When he cannot win an argument, he waves his hand dismissively and says: *From now on, I'm not discussing this with you.**We're not talking about this anymore. I don't want to talk about it. I can't be bothered.*

5. He violates the Labor Standards Act by failing to enroll employees in labor and health insurance. Afterwards, he says he forgot, then uses both persuasion and pressure to try to settle the matter and avoid being reported.

6. The company has no rules or standards and no principles. Even when a rule is established, he quickly regrets it and declares it invalid, often within less than a week.

7. Most people resign after working only a few days; at most, they last a few weeks, and few make it past a month. This is generally because their personality is insulted, their professionalism is disrespected, or they suffer emotional humiliation, ending in an unpleasant departure. Afterwards, he never reflects; the only conclusion is: *Anyway, I'm not the one who was wrong.*

It is normal for more than six people to leave in a month.

8. Several times, he has publicly promised to treat everyone to a meal but has never followed through, using lack of time as an excuse and saying he will do it next time. Even when he has treated people, it was less than $20, and when buying drinks he would even say that you must be rich.

9. He dislikes writing down the things he needs to do, so every day he asks the same questions several times. Even after you tell him, he acts as though you never did and later criticizes you for not telling him. He also constantly asks, *What date is it today?**What day of the week is it today?* even though the computer is right in front of him.

10. He often says *Okay, okay, okay* to you at the time, then later holds a meeting to criticize you for doing it that way: *Hey, why did you do it like that? This is your fault.* He repeatedly changes his decisions. When he later discovers that a decision was wrong, he only blames the employee and never acknowledges any flaw in his own decision-making.

11. When you try to ask about compensation details during the interview, the only response is: *I think your question is really pointless.**Why would you ask a question like that?* After joining the company, bringing it up is even worse: he immediately changes his attitude and says you are being petty.

12. If you buy something for him without proactively asking for the money, he later pretends not to owe you and refuses to pay: *I don't remember that expense. Don't just make things up and ask me for money.* Some employees have suffered losses because of this.

13. When he dislikes someone, he scolds them every day until that person resigns voluntarily. He also tells other employees, asking why that person keeps getting scolded but still has not left.

14. He is extremely disrespectful toward applicants. He often does not even know what is going on and asks applicants which position they came to interview for. He spends a long time looking for their information, then realizes after chatting for quite a while that he has made a mistake. If he is busy at the time, he may casually exchange a few words and dismiss the person. When he is in a bad mood, he may even take it out on the applicant, saying they came without preparing anything. The salary listed on 104 differs from what is actually stated.

15. If he later realizes that he offered too high a salary, he will use every possible means to find faults with you and cut your pay. *Oops, I told you a salary that was too high,* is something he often says.

16. He strongly dislikes employees using their personal time after work to earn a little extra money. He will scold them continuously, even for an entire day or several days, and force them to choose between two options. Afterwards, whenever anything does not go his way, he brings this up again, even with part-time employees. *Why do you need to work a side job like this? Have I been abusing my employees?*

17. He closes the door and badmouths employee B to employee A, using extremely offensive language and deliberately causing conflict between them.

A terrible company!!! I applied for a design job—the boss went on and on, making all sorts of grand claims.

He said he understood and knew all about design, but in fact he didn’t understand anything at all!!! He spoke very disrespectfully.

He kept saying things were too slow, that I thought too much, and that everything was very simple.

He asked interviewees to “do a trial task” to help him deal with a design he urgently needed to deliver to a client.

He simply wanted someone to quickly solve his immediate project problem.

But he was extremely disrespectful, and his attitude was absolutely terrible!!!!

As soon as I walked in, I heard the boss arguing loudly with the accountant. It was so awkward standing at the entrance, not knowing whether I should go in.

The boss came across as very direct, but also somewhat disrespectful.

At first, the boss showed me some of the company's project materials and asked whether that design direction would work.

After looking at my portfolio on the job-search website, the boss kept asking why I had not included larger images, saying that my key visual designs looked like they were only A1-sized.

Only later did I find out that by “larger images,” the boss meant stage backdrops...

Boss, didn’t you know that a key visual can be resized for a stage backdrop?!

Later, when I asked about the project's workflow, the boss actually countered by asking me, “Were you sent by another company to spy on us?”

I replied directly, “Even if I wanted to be a spy, I’d go to a bigger company, okay?”

(By this point, I already felt that the boss was extremely rude, so I answered just as directly!)

Finally, the boss asked me to do a key visual design test on the computer. It felt like they were trying to get free design work, so I left halfway through!

The boss has a very bad attitude and is extremely conceited

They brush off everything by saying that you don’t understand

Just look at the official website and you’ll know they clearly don’t understand design, yet they speak as if they do

They have absolutely no respect for professional expertise

Don’t waste your time going to the interview

I worked part-time at this company for events. The staffing arrangements were chaotic, and they even verbally abused the part-time workers. The boss’s way of speaking was extremely unprofessional.

1. The boss talks a big game, but anyone with work experience knows that most of what he says is exaggerated and unrealistic.

2. The boss actually said that the probationary period would be unpaid, offering only a learning allowance of NT$90 per hour. This is seriously illegal!!!!!!!

3. At the time, a part-time worker had to go out to handle errands for the boss. The boss gave him NT$100 to take the MRT and asked him to top up his EasyCard, bring back the receipt, and submit it for reimbursement.....

4. I attached an English résumé and relevant certificates. He glanced at them and said, “It’s not like I can understand them anyway. You’re just going through the motions, aren’t you? Once you start working here, you’ll realize how well I’ve treated you already.”

They have absolutely no respect for professional expertise. After the interview, I took my résumé back myself. Thanks, but there’s no need to contact me again.

The time allowed for the practical test kept getting shorter

Details: When I first received the interview notice, HR told me there would be a practical test. I asked whether there was a time limit, and HR replied that I could take as long as I wanted. On the day of the interview, the person in charge said the practical test would take one hour, but that it would also be fine if I finished early. However, at the thirty-minute mark, the boss showed up and immediately asked to see how far I had gotten. Naturally, I hadn't finished yet. The boss then directly said, "I don't think you're very suitable for this job," and asked me to leave. At the time, I tried to ask whether I could finish the task before a decision was made, but they seemed to have already made up their mind.

The boss has absolutely no respect for professional expertise. On the day of the interview, they asked me to create a design on the spot. Without providing any clear information, they wanted to see me operate the software live. It felt completely as though they viewed design as nothing more than a graphic artist operating software. When asked about the job responsibilities and compensation, they would not explain them clearly.

Violates the Labor Standards Act

1. Regardless of how late part-time workers stay to work overtime and help with events, the boss will tell you that you are on a responsibility-based work system. At most, wages are only calculated until 18:00, and no later. However, events sometimes run very late, including on holidays.

2. The boss speaks to employees in a harsh and mean-spirited manner, often indirectly, and frequently has unpredictable emotional outbursts. If you are new to the workforce, please be careful—you need to have a strong heart. In addition to exploiting employees, the boss also uses verbal and psychological attacks.

3. The turnover rate is quite high.

The boss doesn’t listen to people. His hobby is interrupting, and his specialty is going around in circles.

He is very difficult to communicate with. Every matter has to be explained several times, and even then he may not remember it. Whenever he recalls it, he asks about it again.

His language organization skills are poor, and his ability to express himself is weak. I often can’t understand what he is trying to convey. Communicating with him is extremely time-consuming.

Pros

The interview was extremely disrespectful toward the design profession.

Even if they were unclear about things, their tone was still very impolite.

They could not even distinguish between layout and graphic design.

It felt like they only wanted to treat the graphic designer as expendable labor and order them around casually.
