The people running the company have no concept of brand management; they only criticize, and when performance is poor, they push the blame onto employees. Basically, although this company represents so many brands, it is all being held together by middle managers. They are indeed very capable, but they have virtually no personal life and are working nonstop. It is a life no one would envy, so the only thing to do is escape from here as soon as possible.

Overtime without overtime pay
The supervisor messages on LINE about anything on holidays, and everything must be answered and handled immediately
Maliciously forcing employees to resign without paying severance
The work is broad in scope and allows you to develop skills across multiple areas.
As mentioned above, although the broad scope of the work allows you to develop skills across multiple areas, the lean staffing, lack of market-competitive salary and benefits, and the responsibilities, departmental goals, and performance targets you must shoulder are not proportional to the labor you put in.
In management, employees exchange performance for compensation from their employers. However, there are too many internal political factors at this company, and employees outside the leadership level are unable to receive the substantive feedback they deserve in this environment:
From management and middle managers to frontline employees and the human resources department, turnover is astonishingly high, with the overall resignation rate exceeding half. Amid the staff shortage, employees must simultaneously deliver high-quality results for the leadership team. Overtime is unpaid, and understaffed departments require one person to shoulder all of the department’s responsibilities, inevitably resulting in oversights. Once an oversight occurs, colleagues from other departments may view that person as unprofessional... Because everyone is busy, no one has time to consider other people’s difficulties or perspectives, eventually leading to blame-shifting or pent-up resentment, making it impossible to address issues objectively rather than targeting individuals.
While the leadership team continues to demand high performance with low labor and asset-equipment costs, the overall work atmosphere has become extremely stressful. Employees cannot place their trust in upper management, and department-level managers are unable to properly support their subordinates while also reporting upward or provide fair, impartial, and reasonable explanations regarding compensation and promotions.
There are always areas of success at work. During difficult times, however, these achievements are taken for granted and do not receive the substantial recognition they deserve—only verbal praise and superficial expressions of concern.
Because of staffing cuts, those who shoulder the responsibilities alone cannot attend to everything thoroughly due to the workload, yet they must also bear the judgment and consequences of being deemed insufficiently professional.
The organization as a whole is very unhealthy, and at least for the coming year, the situation cannot be improved.
For job seekers who want to steadily build a long-term career, I do not recommend becoming part of this company.
The new activity launched this year has one Thursday each month when the entire company can openly drink alcohol together in the office.
1. Withhold employees’ salaries and bonuses, and illegally force counter staff to sign written declarations agreeing to salary deductions as deposits. From the top boss and business division general manager to HR specialists, they are all in collusion and leading the way in breaking the law.
2. Department heads coerce employees into resigning voluntarily, saving the company severance costs.
3. The HR contact handles matters emotionally and is completely unprofessional: salaries are paid incorrectly, insurance enrollment is delayed, and during employee interviews they tell people to hurry up and resign, while they themselves frequently lose control hysterically in the office.
No
The hardware equipment is extremely poor, and you’re even required to bring your own laptop for the interview. For the coding test for the new position, they require you to complete within three hours what would actually take one to two days’ worth of work.
Most employees are women
The work is highly miscellaneous
One person handles everything for the brand, including launching and listing products through distribution channels
The boss is emotional and has a poor memory, places importance on sales performance, and does not care about the brand image or marketing strategy
When something is needed, you have to work overtime to rush it out
Often, after suddenly saying something, they decide they no longer want it, resulting in wasted work
The counter sales staff are deeply knowledgeable, have many opinions, and are difficult to deal with
You are fined for being late, but there is no overtime pay
They do not care about employees’ emotions; employees are treated like disposable chopsticks—used and thrown away without the slightest attachment
