Read the community guidelinesThe refrigerator often has foil-packaged drinks, and you don’t need to bring your own stationery. The drawbacks completely outweigh these minor advantages!
1. The boss’s wife said that employees cannot go out for lunch during the noon break, but this completely violates the Labor Standards Act. By law, it must be the employee’s free time, without any restrictions!
2. The clock-in time is set nearly 10 minutes earlier. If the interview says what time you start and finish, then that should be the actual time. They must not alter it without the employee’s knowledge. Besides, why should people accommodate the machine? Is keeping the correct time really that difficult?! They say employees have to accommodate the company’s schedule. If I were the boss and wanted employees to work 12 hours, wouldn’t I just adjust the time backward after they clocked in and make them travel back in time? This is ridiculous!
3. If you make one mistake, they immediately take 100 and say it is a beverage fund for buying drinks for colleagues, treating it as perfectly reasonable—and it even depends on their mood!
4. Part-time workers offer him the highest cost-performance ratio, so he loves them. It doesn’t matter what they do wrong or fail to do properly, because they are cheap!
5. Everything is written on notes—even simple, quick tasks that could be handled in a minute are written on notes!
6. Once they take issue with you, nothing you do is right! I feel quite sorry for a certain colleague.
7. They often use illogical arguments with you. They are clearly wrong but still stubbornly make excuses. (If you keep a clear head, you won’t let them lead you around by the nose!)
8. With that level of pay, it is like an all-you-can-eat telecommunications plan—you have to work yourself to death!
9. If you’re not afraid of dying, go ahead and work there!
The boss is nice
The packaging colleagues are all easy to get along with
Punctual working hours
The boss's wife’s personality still hasn’t changed; she has poor emotional management
It’s still the same in 2023
There is no water dispenser
The office colleagues are difficult to get along with
When asking the secretary about something, they kept saying not to talk to him or you would get scolded
But there were no adults present at the scene at the time
Has he been scolded so much that he’s lost his mind? But I heard he’s also the person who has worked there the longest. I really admire him
Do emails have to be sent before or after work, and not during working hours?
There are traces of all kinds of fines; I didn’t expect that people would really be fined
Isn’t this illegal? There are no bonuses, only fines
Gave me a Kipling wallet when I left the company
The manager has little sense of time
The manager thinks colleague A performs well because they sit in the front and the phone keeps ringing (in fact, the phone keeps ringing because of order-entry errors)
The manager often asks for my opinion on things and then argues against it (in the end, I simply asked her how she wanted to handle things instead of giving her my opinion)
The couple argues frequently, making the work atmosphere very unpleasant

It’s just a garbage company!!!
They deduct your pay at the drop of a hat without informing you beforehand. You only find out your salary has been reduced when you receive your paycheck... Pay cuts for no reason.
There are no rewards, only punishment, along with emotional abuse......
More than ten people can leave within six months, and not a single new hire stays for two months. You can clearly understand what it’s like after just a few days of working there.
(Not for the faint-hearted)

天鉅堂食品 and 全球第一營養食品 are the same company. Don't be fooled—they are currently recruiting under the name 全球第一營養食品... They used to use 天鉅堂食品...

Not a single thing was good from start to finish. The boss's wife is a hypocritical person who is only nice to the logistics staff. The boss is actually fairly decent and buys things for the employees to eat, but he is constantly controlled by his wife. When he gets really annoyed, he also swears at the employees. This is a place with very serious marital problems...... Both of them are highly educated, so it's hard to imagine how they can have such poor manners! It's as if they never went to school....
Nothing good to say.
The boss has serious emotional-control issues.
She loses her temper over the slightest thing.
Every time she comes to the company, she is either berating her husband
or berating the employees.
Every employee hates her.
She changes employees every week,
and even boasts shamelessly, “I only need 23,000 to hire someone.
I can replace people whenever I want. After all, there are plenty of people lining up to work for 23,000.”
Yet in reality, she posts on Facebook,
asking, “Why can’t my company hire anyone when it’s so good?”
She never admits her own mistakes,
and only blames the employees for causing them.
She hires one employee
and expects them to do everything:
handle administrative work,
act as her personal maid,
go to her house to help clean,
go upstairs to handle inventory and count stock,
and go to the clinic to help customers get X-rays.
What a great deal—she can hire an employee with all these functions for only 23,000.
When the boss is thirsty, you have to immediately put down whatever you are doing and buy her a drink.
When she is hungry, you have to buy her food.
You also have to endure the fallout whenever the two of them argue.
This is truly an unbelievably awful job.
