Pros
Gave me a Kipling wallet when I left the company
Cons
The manager has little sense of time
The manager thinks colleague A performs well because they sit in the front and the phone keeps ringing (in fact, the phone keeps ringing because of order-entry errors)
The manager often asks for my opinion on things and then argues against it (in the end, I simply asked her how she wanted to handle things instead of giving her my opinion)
The couple argues frequently, making the work atmosphere very unpleasant
