The situation of being posted about 4 and 6 years ago still hasn't improved. It's impressive that it can continue this way.

As a former employee, I would like to share some personal work experiences at this company for job seekers' reference. Please note that these are subjective opinions based on personal feelings:

1. The company's decision-making process may be rather inconsistent, sometimes lacking clear logic and planning.

2. The company culture tends to be traditional, and communication between departments may need improvement.

3. Although the company has a vision for expanding its business, there may be room for improvement in market research and data analysis.

4. The salary structure and adjustment mechanisms may be less flexible than those of some modern companies.

5. The company may have room for improvement in employee training and knowledge sharing. The atmosphere of cooperation between departments also needs to be strengthened.

6. Management may have a preference for detailed control, which could affect employees' autonomy and their ability to exercise creativity.

7. There may be differences between the company culture and the actual working environment, so job seekers are advised to learn about them from multiple perspectives.

8. Internal processes and communication mechanisms may need to be optimized to improve work efficiency and reduce misunderstandings.

01. That depressed, delusional person in the Planning Department interviews a bunch of incompetent people every time... and then says the Planning Department is very busy... Of course you're busy when you deliberately hire those people!!... It's as if she's afraid that someone more capable than her will replace her. Ridiculous~

02. Ms. K in the Planning Department, the one who always shrinks her screen and views it in the middle!! Leaves on the dot every day when the bell rings!!

The point is, what are you pretending to be busy with all day?! Whenever something goes wrong, you cry about it in the three-person LINE group~ In this society, staying quiet doesn't mean nothing will happen to you!

03. That short man in the Design Department is a tragedy!!! He spends all day at work browsing YouTube and forums to his heart's content~ What are those ugly-as-hell designs he makes all day supposed to be?!

04. And that woman in the Design Department who acts like a two-faced woman all day—nice to you on the surface, but secretly digs a hole for you to fall into!

05. And the company's assistant, who spends all day winning people over... acting as if she's so clever, constantly flattering others and cultivating connections..

All day secretly forming little LINE cliques to gossip about people..

You're all well over 30, and some of you are almost 40...

Fine if you don't have the ability to do your jobs well..

But stop spending all day doing things unrelated to work..

A company coasting toward retirement

Whenever there is a problem, they never reflect on it; instead, they avoid examining the root cause.

The bosses and managers are all the same—they only pass the buck and find a scapegoat to take the blame. Because it is a family business, colleagues and bosses can only tolerate people who do not do their work, allowing them to continue being useless.

People who coast can get by peacefully.

The boss’s assistant spends all day gossiping about this and that, flattering others and currying favor with groups. Behind the scenes, they think they’ve formed a little clique to protect themselves. They created a group chat to pander to others and even helped celebrate store employees’ birthdays—are you really that close to them? On the surface, it all seems reasonable, but it was just to cover up their little schemes. Still, it’s good that they’ve learned how not to be collectively attacked anymore.

The mother in the Planning Department who seems to be suffering from depression cries all day about being understaffed, yet hired two people without planning backgrounds as her ready-to-use staff. The key point is that their professional abilities are inadequate and they don’t learn. Either their professional skills are lacking, or they’re afraid of being eliminated. Whenever something goes wrong, she starts speaking up to defend the people she interviewed and hired. What is wrong with you?! Train the people under you properly, will you?! I seriously question your competence!

The man in the Design Department who is something like a supervisor: “If you don’t work hard when you’re young, you’ll regret it when you’re old.” You’re not young anymore, yet you spend all day at work browsing forums, watching YouTube, and even watching porn. As a father, you’re truly disgraceful. The key point is that your professional ability is unbelievably poor, and you spend all day producing a pile of incomprehensible scribbles. The only thing you’re good at is having incredibly thick skin!

The bespectacled woman in the Design Department spends all day working on outside projects during work hours. I really can’t be bothered to say anything more about you. You’re ungrateful, crying all day about that man who is something like a supervisor, and constantly plotting against others behind their backs. If you have so much free time, please work on improving your professional skills instead of being a frog in a well, will you?!

It would be one thing if you stayed in a traditional industry, but you show no desire to improve. The key point is that your professional abilities are seriously inadequate, and you have no management skills either. Do you all exchange your thick skin for your salaries?!

To the outstanding people mentioned above:

What goes around comes around. Retribution may be delayed, but it will come. You reap what you sow, so take care of yourselves.

I can overlook being bad at your work, but I can’t stay silent about extremely poor character.

The boss also knows everything you’ve done! I don’t know how much longer the company will keep employing you, but remember this well: your character has a serious problem! In theory, it’s a personality defect—you’re incompetent at your work and your conduct is also improper.

You’re in your thirties or forties, so please do everyone a favor: if you don’t want to or can’t do the job properly, don’t occupy the position while refusing to do anything. There are plenty of people more capable than you who could go far! You’re merely lucky to have found an environment that tolerates you. Don’t mistake luck for ability.

On the one hand, you complain that the company system is bad and criticize everything about it; on the other hand, you’re afraid that if the people and circumstances around you improve, you’ll be outperformed… What a contradiction!

You can really open your eyes by seeing your colleagues slack off and goof around. Some work on outside projects during office hours, while others spend all day browsing forums and YouTube. A female coworker who acts friendly to your face spreads false rumors behind your back, making you look bad. Everyone slacks off together, creating a collective accomplice effect. Everyone is afraid the boss will find out they are slacking off at work, but the employees are still shamelessly defiant. As soon as someone is discovered and might expose them, they start panicking and badmouthing others. Great! Another person took advantage of someone else being targeted and quickly cozied up to the boss to clear their own name. What a sad person...

The boss does not get involved in personnel matters. I estimate that the colleagues who are targeted each time are probably the responsible ones, while the ones who stay are likely those who slack off whenever they can. After all, the same income comes in every month, so they have nothing to worry about! If you are not someone who is content to muddle through, do not make trouble for yourself. No matter how much you do, it means nothing to them. They only remember that they are afraid you will expose them, so they put on a collective defense battle. Then the boss is also easily swayed—once they listen to them, you are the one who gets targeted. Yeah!

This permissiveness and indulgence have distorted the group’s thinking. Why is anyone who tells the truth and handles proper work targeted? Is this some kind of haunting? Yes, it is! Absolutely awful!

Very suitable for retirement

Family business
