Pros

1. Fill out the information first; HR conducts the interview afterward.

2. Clean work environment.

3. Standard basic benefits.

Cons

1. NT$28K during the three-month probationary period, then +NT$1K afterward.

2. Too much secondary processing is required, and it is very time-consuming.

3. Cameras cover the entire warehouse, with virtually no blind spots. The cameras also record audio—record audio, record audio. Please consider this carefully.

Pros

The interviewer was very punctual and did not make the interviewee wait too long.

Cons

The HR’s efficiency did not seem very good. From being invited to the interview through the day of the interview, overall, it did not feel very okay.

The interview process was somewhat perfunctory and was covered very briefly. My immediate first impression was that I probably would not be hired, and I had a feeling that perhaps this position had already been filled, but they still invited me to interview anyway.

I genuinely feel that this company’s HR is really not very good.

The interview result was truly a case of being ghosted.

Pros

The vice president is very kind and takes better care of employees than the general manager. Colleagues are easy to get along with, and the atmosphere is cheerful.

The company often provides employees with free health supplements, and employees who get vaccinated are given paid public leave.

Cons

The general manager is always talking about having come from the electronics industry and manages the company with old-fashioned ideas. He speaks very bluntly and does not trust employees. He often changes his decisions back and forth, does not listen to employees’ suggestions, and only suppresses them. Salaries get cut downward; they want to use people with excellent abilities, yet do not offer better pay.

He cannot do marketing, yet loves to say that he understands it very well.... Then why hire experienced marketing personnel?!

They'll give you free probiotics, and you can drink as much water as you want if you're thirsty.

Cons

You have to take off your shoes for the interview, and there are no slippers to wear (are interviewees supposed to bring their own slippers?)

The meeting room is small, and multiple people are crammed into one room for interviews at the same time. At the beginning, you take a test with trivial questions that takes quite a long time.

There isn't much opportunity to ask questions, and the job responsibilities aren't explained clearly.

During the interview, they'll ask whether you have a portfolio. If you don't, they'll ask you to leave.

If you're not what the manager is looking for, they'll put you down a bit. They'll take your personal portfolio (to keep as a souvenir?)

After that, one silent rejection...
