They'll give you free probiotics, and you can drink as much water as you want if you're thirsty.
You have to take off your shoes for the interview, and there are no slippers to wear (are interviewees supposed to bring their own slippers?)
The meeting room is small, and multiple people are crammed into one room for interviews at the same time. At the beginning, you take a test with trivial questions that takes quite a long time.
There isn't much opportunity to ask questions, and the job responsibilities aren't explained clearly.
During the interview, they'll ask whether you have a portfolio. If you don't, they'll ask you to leave.
If you're not what the manager is looking for, they'll put you down a bit. They'll take your personal portfolio (to keep as a souvenir?)
After that, one silent rejection...
