The office environment is okay
The computer equipment and software are terrible
The boss is awful
The company has surveillance systems everywhere
The workload is enormous, yet they refuse to hire anyone

3. Occasionally, free snacks and drinks are provided

1. Heavy workload! There aren’t enough people, but the boss doesn’t hire more staff
2. NO overtime pay—only compensatory leave and dinner assistance (although it’s not like we work overtime very often...)
3. The computer equipment isn’t very capable; it struggles to process large image files
4. It’s somewhat difficult to get a raise. Although there is a bonus system, this part depends more on luck
There is a flexible 15-minute buffer period when arriving at work each day.
1. The supervisor absolutely loves flattering and currying favor with the boss. They suck up to the boss, sow discord, spread rumors, make trouble, and love making reports behind people's backs.
2. The boss exploits employees: if you do not work overtime, you are not considered a good employee. There is no overtime pay, only compensatory time off (1 hour of overtime is exchanged for 0.5 hours of compensatory time off; overtime only starts counting after 8 p.m.; the daily maximum compensatory time off that can be claimed is 3 hours. Even if you work until 3 a.m., you still only get 3 hours of compensatory time off).
3. The supervisor exploits the people under them. When there is a new project, the supervisor first picks the ones they like and leaves the lousy ones for the employees below them. They have never distributed the workload fairly, nor do they care whether you are working yourself to death on your projects, while they happily collect a high salary, sleep at work, and hide in the stairwell to smoke and play games. They often take several bowel movements a day, disappearing for more than an hour each time.
4. The boss and shareholders all love listening in, monitoring, and watching employees (even though they are older, their hearing has not deteriorated—it is extremely sharp). Be aware that the desktop version of LINE may be monitored.
5. The company's attitude is that since it is giving you food to eat, you should know how to be grateful and not take your good fortune for granted.
6. They have no sense—yet the company is named Asense??
7. Even if you stay for a long time, your salary will not be adjusted. They will find reasons to deduct from your year-end bonus. Improve your skills and strengthen your abilities, then get out quickly!!!

Colleagues get along well.
Annual leave does not increase according to seniority; whether you have worked for one year or three years, you only get seven days. It is also compulsory to take the days based on your employment start date: 3.5 days in the first half of the year and 3.5 days in the second half. Unused days in that year are not converted into daily wages and reset to zero at the beginning of the following year.
