1. Colleagues get along well
2. A 15-minute buffer is allowed for work start time
3. Occasionally, free snacks and drinks are provided
4. When a colleague has a birthday, there is a birthday dinner during that month
1. Heavy workload! There aren’t enough people, but the boss doesn’t hire more staff
2. NO overtime pay—only compensatory leave and dinner assistance (although it’s not like we work overtime very often...)
3. The computer equipment isn’t very capable; it struggles to process large image files
4. It’s somewhat difficult to get a raise. Although there is a bonus system, this part depends more on luck
