Cons

2. Compensatory leave is provided, but one hour of overtime is exchanged for only half an hour of compensatory leave.
3. Poor communication between departments causes significant internal friction and inefficiency, leading to repeated work, wasted time, and frequent overtime.
4. No overtime pay.
