[Boss]

The boss is a good person. You can sense that he is very skilled at business thinking. You can follow him.

However, business thinking itself is something that is very difficult to learn, and you may not necessarily be able to learn it effectively just by working.

Cons

I saw that in 2024, some people asked about the company’s reputation and interview experiences. I can only say that what you observed is generally consistent with reality.

This post adds other aspects that were not mentioned.

[Company Theme]

The company’s self-introduction mentions relying on technology, but there is a hidden figure in this company. That person is both reclusive and fond of holding onto a senior position for a long time. You will never see him in group photos with the company’s colleagues. He does not communicate much at work and also frequently speaks ill of former employees.

People come and go at the company, while that hidden figure is always there. So later, when some young people came for interviews and encountered a rude senior manager saying, “You’re wasting my time by coming to this interview,” that person really does have this kind of personality.

A major project has arrived, so the company should have a staffing gap. But will the company ultimately be able to bring in the revenue as hoped? I am not optimistic. There is a hidden figure in the company, so how are they supposed to complete a major project?

[Competitiveness]

So, returning to the company’s claim in its self-introduction that it relies on technology, what kind of technology would that be? What technology could the hidden figure possibly have, and what kind of technology could a company have when its other people keep coming and going?

Interviewees, if you simply take a quick look at the company’s product types, you will probably understand. When customers evaluate this kind of ERP product, they consider its intended use rather than the company’s technology. For an ERP product, having a basic relational table model already earns 60 points—in other words, functionality is enough. Customers will not care whether the technology is good or bad.

And when the company advertises that it has technology, it probably means that someone in the company particularly cares about technology. Who is that person?

[An Anecdote]

Back then, when I was defecating in the restroom on the company’s floor, I saw a piece of paper stuck to the back of the door. It contained a bunch of nasty insults cursing people for not flushing the toilet, and also said, “Don’t tear down this piece of paper, or you’re an animal.” At the time, I thought it seemed like something the hidden figure in the company would do. I removed the paper right then and there; I thought whoever posted it was inexplicable.

I wonder why it was on that company floor that I discovered such a strange thing. The paper was not necessarily posted by the hidden figure.

[Rating]

This comment is supplementary information. I’ll leave the rating as “Average,” indicating that the existing reviews and the ratio of positive to negative comments you can currently find online are roughly like that.

I hope this helps job seekers make clear judgments about their career paths when given the opportunity.

Pros

Former employees can enjoy regular group meals

Cons

※ Very unfriendly to interviewees, often making people sit for ages in a fake meeting room that doesn't look like a meeting room

※ The company has no product but insists on selling it; all it can sell is concepts and thin air

※ Attacks former employees all day long, and it still comes from the boss

※ Customers can never reach anyone by phone. If they don't answer, they don't answer; being unreachable is the best customer service, so there will never be any problems

※ Thinks it can see farther than Jack Ma—an annual joke

※ When something goes wrong, tells employees to take the fall, shirking responsibility by saying, "I don't know"

The list of offenses is endless; I'll add more if I think of anything

Pros

.

Cons

The interviewer seemed kind and friendly on the surface, but after talking with him for a while, I began to realize that he pretended to know things he didn’t. He explained things unclearly, then claimed that the job seeker had poor comprehension. When the job seeker asked him several more questions to clarify what he was trying to say, he became unhappy. He was self-important and liked to belittle people, expecting to find someone highly capable while offering very little in return (wanting the horse to be good while also expecting it not to eat grass).

Pros

Very suitable for cultivating patience. Communicating with the boss requires a great deal of patience; for the sake of one small matter, you may need to spend a great deal of time explaining! All I can say is that people who graduate from here should all have excellent patience!

Cons

1. The company is small, and everything has to go through the boss, but the boss does not like making decisions and does not delegate decision-making authority.

2. For a company with fewer than 10 people, it is extremely uncompetitive. Every decision is “dragged out,” “slowed down,” or “delayed.”

3. There are many meaningless meetings, but the result of every meeting is no result.

4. The boss does not trust subordinates and does not point out or correct mistakes face-to-face, but only criticizes people behind their backs.

5. Having dreams is great, but if this big vision is never put into practice, it will always remain someone else’s big vision—you will never get to enjoy it.

In summary, this is a very suitable place for cultivating your character and composure! After leaving, you will definitely be able to see farther than Jack Ma~~~

Pros

The interview was very friendly, and the interviewer was thorough in addressing all aspects of the interviewee’s questions and provided a detailed explanation of the position.

Cons

After joining the company, I gradually discovered that the boss actually only makes grand promises, is afraid to make decisions and take responsibility, and says they do not know whenever asked about anything, while pretending to understand everything. An administrative manager who has been there for a long time has influence, but the manager themselves also lacks professional competence. They do not understand technology yet think everything is very simple, saying that it is enough to do this or that, but when asked in depth about professional issues, they again say they do not know.

This manager wants to dabble in everything—business, administration, projects, products, and human resources—but does not do any of them well. Combined with the boss’s incompetence, this often means that substantive improvement suggestions raised with management receive no follow-up. The company also has customer projects that have been overdue for more than a year, yet the boss still only makes grand promises and focuses on bringing in money through tenders, while ignoring the projects owed to customers.

I advise people with ambition or those who want to develop a solid foundation of skills to think carefully before joining. The situation during the interview differs considerably from the situation after starting the job.

Pros

Although the interviewer was very direct, their questions got straight to the core. They were very polite and candid.

This was a very pleasant interview experience.

Cons

If I really had to mention something, it would be that HR has interviewees take a DISC assessment.

To be honest, this kind of thing isn’t all that accurate when measured through a test.
